The Catholic Women’s Community of Saanenland-Obersimmental was established in 2008 by Father Thomas Müller. Today, Brigitta Schwarz is responsible for a colourful array of events throughout the year. These include films, lectures and excursions and are open to anyone who is interested. The Women’s Community is affiliated with the Catholic Women's Association of the Bernese Oberland (KFBeO) and the Cantonal Association of the Swiss Catholic Women's League (SKF).
